4. Health and Safety

Members must ensure they are in good health before engaging in any physical activities. The gym is not liable for any injuries sustained during workouts.

5. Equipment Use

Members are responsible for the proper use of gym equipment. Any damage caused by improper use will result in a fee for repairs or replacement.

6. Cancellation

Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the membership.

7. Changes to Terms

The gym reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email.
